CG5-24KV The high-voltage sensor draws a certain voltage from the high-voltage live circuit as the power supply for display and locking through the capacitor mandrel, which is used to reflect the live state of the device, and can forcibly lock the switch network door. The work of voltage indication and forced locking is controlled by the same high voltage signal, but the circuit system is independent of each other. As long as the high voltage circuit is charged, even if the display circuit and locking circuit fail at the same time, the electromagnetic lock is still in the locking state. Therefore, the anti misoperation locking of the product is reliable and safe. All the sensors are designed according to the requirements of all working conditions, and the creepage distance meets the technical requirements. The appearance of the display is novel, all the electronic components are screened, and the assembly is exquisite. The sensor is epoxy resin casting post insulator type product. It can be used as disconnector, grounding switch and other post insulator, with high strength, strong arc resistance and small partial discharge.
Normal working conditions
1. Operating environment: temperature - 25 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃, no lower than - 35 ℃ in special areas; altitude no more than 1000m
2. Atmospheric conditions: the daily average value of air relative humidity is not more than 95% RH, and the monthly average value is not more than 90% RH; the daily average value of water vapor pressure is not more than 2.2kpa, and the monthly average value is not more than 1.8kpa
3. Environmental conditions: no obvious pollution, no flammable, explosive, chemical corrosion and salt spray places.
T-type high-voltage live display: when the high-voltage terminal voltage is 15% ~ 65% of the rated phase voltage (it means that when the rated voltage is 0.15 ~ 0.65, it will glow), the display lamp will start to indicate the live condition of the high-voltage terminal respectively.
Q-type high-voltage live display: This product not only has all the functions of T-type high-voltage live display, but also can achieve:
1. When the voltage of any phase in the three-phase high voltage bus is 65% - 100% of the rated phase voltage (it refers to blocking when the rated voltage is 0.65-1.0). The output contact J of the electronic circuit control relay is opened and in the forced locking state.
2. When the three phases are not electrified, ① the secondary power supply is normal, the output contact is closed and in the unlocking state; ② the secondary power supply is disconnected, the output contact is opened and in the protection locking state, so as to achieve the forced locking function.
