ZJ-12kv post insulator (fn5) is one-time molded by epoxy tree vacuum casting, which has good insulation effect and is equivalent to fn5 post insulator. The product is mainly used in 10kV switch cabinet with the size of Φ 65 × 140 (130) mm. For products with special requirements, specifications and dimensions that need to be improved, they can be designed and manufactured according to the user's requirements.

Environmental conditions for normal use

1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters, and the altitude of plateau type shall not exceed 3000 meters;

2. The ambient temperature is between - 10 ℃ and + 40 ℃, and the daily average temperature is no more than 30 ℃;

3. The daily average relative temperature is not more than 95%, and the monthly average relative temperature is not more than 90%;

4. There is no obvious pollution of dust, smoke, corrosive or combustible gas, vapor and salt fog in the surrounding air;

5. There should be no frequent vibration and serious turbulence in the installation site;

6. The product can run under the condition of frost and grade II pollution.
